Who it is for

B2B companies that depend on the message arriving.

Four different profiles, one same problem: the message has to arrive, and someone has to answer when it does.

B2B companies with their own list

A few hundred customers and a few thousand prospects. Controllable volume, auditable lists, every send with a reason to exist.

The list is mine, and I know where each contact came from.

Those who cannot lose an email

Invoices, billing, operational notices, password resets. The email that does not arrive becomes a ticket in your own support queue.

If it does not arrive, the problem comes back to me.

Those still on hosting webmail

cPanel and Roundcube mailboxes, a shared password on a sticky note and no control over who reads what.

I need company email, not server email.

Those losing leads to delay

The contact arrives through another brand, WhatsApp or a form, and sits for hours because nobody saw it.

The lead exists. What is missing is reaching someone in time.
The group

Eighteen brands, one email infrastructure.

Asender did not start by borrowing trust. It started as the email infrastructure for the group's own businesses — authentication, password resets and operational mail go through it before they go out for any client.

These are brands from the same founder, not external clients. We say so because the distinction matters: a supplier running its own operation on its own infrastructure has more to lose than one that only sells it.

Results

Why the audience is narrow.

It is not a lack of capacity: it is the risk maths. At massive volume the price per message is low and the reputational risk is high. Five thousand badly addressed messages are manageable; a million compromise the reputation of the infrastructure — and that reputation is what gets every other client's email delivered.

Not for

B2C operations blasting hundreds of thousands or millions of messages.

For

Companies that would rather pay more per send and have someone watching the result of it.
